ENGINEERED FITMENT: Morimoto's A-Pillar kit for the 2003-2009 Lexus GX470 has been thoroughly designed, prototyped and tested on the truck to ensure a perfect fit. Installation is streamlined as the product aligns with existing mounting points, eliminating the need for modifications. This may sound like a given, though we were shocked by the sub-par fitment of other well-known brands during the product's development.

BRANCHES BEWARE: The Morimoto 4Banger LED Ditch Light System is constructed from 304 stainless steel and then powder-coated to guarantee long-lasting durability. Furthermore, it is far more sturdy than the side mirrors of the Lexus GX470, offering secure protection.

ALL WEATHER: Morimoto 4Banger LED Ditch Lights are available in two types: White-light output for general visibility, and yellow-light output for enhanced clarity during fog, snow, and rain. For adverse weather conditions, the yellow-output LEDs feature Phosphor-Converted Yellow technology, emitting yellow light directly from the source for improved visibility without decreasing light efficiency. Alternately, yellow filters can provide a similar appearance but with no advantage in performance. 

RELIABILITY: Extensive engineering went into producing the reliable 4Banger LED Ditch Light System. Its copper Direct Thermal Path (DTP) PCB optimizes heat transfer to the radiator, refined through multiple thermal studies. The cast aluminum housing is electroplated then powder-coated to resist corrosion and flaking. Additionally, its potted internals, overmolded input wiring, and main gasket are all IP69K-certified for complete weather protection.

WIRING & CABLE MANAGEMENT: The 4Banger LED Ditch Light System for Lexus GX470 (2003-2009) has a bracket designed with multiple mounting locations and cable routing clips to organize wiring from the LED pods down into the engine bay. Connecting the relay wire harness ensures a secure and efficient install.

HXB COMBO BEAM: The 4Banger HXB Combo illuminates a clear path with medium range, providing a blend of width and distance illumination for more comfortable daily driving even in secluded areas. The 8H x 4V rectangular hot spot, with its 10V degree spread at beam center, has been specifically calibrated to create the ideal flood beam. It is an invaluable addition to any top-notch headlight system.

HXB SPOT BEAM: The 4Banger HXB Spot illuminates far beyond other products on the market. Featuring standard Osram LEDs and HXB LED optics, the spot pattern produced can penetrate up to 800 meters. With its excellent range, you can stay ahead of the curve no matter the speed.

HXB WIDE BEAM: This system illuminates the ground directly in front of the vehicle, boasting dual-axis control for width and active hot spot control to better distribute peak intensity. It utilizes Osram HX Boost LEDs to make the pod 80% brighter than Rigid D-Series light, with photometric analysis verifying SAE compliance by Calcoast ITL. The 4Banger HXB Wide Beam delivers superior width, intensity, and control; making it the top off and on-road LED fog light globally.

NCS COMBO BEAM: Illuminate a clear path with mid-level range visibility. The NCS Combo beam provides a combination of broad and long-distance visibility, making daily driving in areas of low population more comfortable. An 8H x 4V oval hot spot with a 10V° spread at beam center has been engineered to reach an ideal flood beam. The 4Banger NCS Combo is an excellent addition to any set of high-performance headlights.

NCS SPOT BEAM: Equipped with a powerful 5-degree hot spot and a wide 14H x 4C degree flood beam, the NCS Spot illuminates far down the road. The 4Banger HXB Spot is slightly more powerful (containing Osram LEDs), but when combined with a set of NCS Combos, you can rest assured that you have the vision to spot animals in the distance.

NCS WIDE BEAM: The Morimoto 4Banger LED Ditch Light System for Lexus GX470 (2003-2009) illuminates the ground directly in front of the vehicle, providing a wide beam to widen visibility and reduce glare to oncoming traffic. Tests conducted by Calcoast ITL show that the wide beam is 14% brighter than the Rigid D-Series SAE, while using 28% less power (15.6W vs 21.5W). The product has also been verified to meet SAE F photometric standards for on-road use.

POWER UP: The Morimoto 4Banger LED Pods have been designed to exceed industry standards, and the accompanying wiring harness is no exception. Nothing was spared in the construction, from the triple-sealed 4-pin relay to the over-molded fuse holder and DT06-2S female outputs with dual seals. Power and ground terminals are constructed with stainless steel and the M-Spec push button switch features a Yellow-LED backlight. Put simply, if you want superior quality, this is it.

COMPATIBILITY: Morimoto A-Pillar brackets are compatible with LED pods from many brands like Baja Designs, KC Hi-Lites, Rigid Industries, and Diode Dynamics - alongside the 4Banger LED pods, but they work best with Morimoto fog lights

STREET LEGALITY:When aimed correctly, the Spot and Combo beams adhere to SAE J581 guidelines for auxiliary high beams. A standard -4 degree angle means that the NCS and HXB Wide Beam models conform to the latest SAE F specs for legal fog light usage. Refer to the "Compatibility" section for the test results.
